Above: How
cool is this? With hardly a panel or area that has not been customised in
a significant way, this particular BA XR8 had no trouble attracting keen
onlookers all day long. 20" wheels along with severely customised FPV
front bar all do their part in achieving the look, with lower headlight pods
erased and the number plate recessed into the smoothed lower air intake...
Trees overhead made it damned hard to get a good photo but - parking in the sun
may be a pain, but it sure gives the best photographic results!

Above: Unlike some
customisation efforts, you couldn't miss the fact that something had gone on in
here! Light blue interior gave the impression that the ice-man must call
this home, contrasting spectacularly against the bright orange paintwork.
The list of changes are enormous!

Above: It's amazing
how well a simple relocation of the rear number plate has transformed the back
of this BA sedan - smoothing over the boot lid and causing the chrome background
tail lights to stand out like beacons amongst all that orange...brilliant!
FPV rear bar and side skirts help the look no end as well. The question is
- are the rear quarters, bonnet & roof the only panels that haven't had
significant change?

Above: another shot
showing the sheer amount of work that has gone into that interior! The
question is, would it be harder to keep clean than a pure white one? Did
you notice the smoothed outer door skins as well? Not only have the door
handles been shaved, but the bump-strip recesses as well! Very, very
nice...

Above: parting shot of a magnificent custom that should be remembered for some
time to come! It may be only a slightly different angle, but there is so
much to check out and appreciate in this masterpiece that we figured - why the
heck not?
