Above: RTV
wagon? Try ordering one of these down at your local Ford dealer and check
out the confused looks as they ask you what drugs you've been smoking...
Still, it's a pity Ford had not seen to offer it like this, being over 400kg
lighter than the Territory, and 200kg lighter than the Adventura! But
would the Australian market have respected the Falcon wagon's advantages in this
trim? The Adventura experience says no - although it is still nice to
dream! Notice even the 'RTV' badge on the tail gate right where it
ought-to-be!

Above: The owner has gone
to quite a significant amount of trouble to make a 'factory' type conversion
here - with not only the RTV front wheel arch moulds fitted, but a set adapted
to the back as well - no mean feat considering the detail work needed in getting
it to fit around the slightly different rear wheel arch surrounds!
Connecting them both the original BA wagon sill mouldings have been painted matt
black, following the theme presented in many other high-riding wagons both from
Japan & Europe. An RTV grill, wheels & tyres complete the picture
perfectly!

Above: Parting shot of an extremely well executed package that is sure to have a
few wondering if such an animal ever existed. Unfortunately this late in
the piece, and with Ford's already apparent distain for it's wagon customers,
this is extremely unlikely.
