Check this out - is this the ultimate form of Ford's EF Fairmont? We at www.trueblueford.com reckon it's gotta be close... Starting with Dave's Fairmont on our EF Visitors Cars pages, John started by achieving a highly illegal (but exceptional looking) stance via a custom 'digital' air-ride suspension package blowing the standard Tickford 16" wheels out to a much more favourable 19 inches in diameter (is this ANZ's next step?) combined with huge brakes beneath. John admits Dave has made it easy on him with the Tickford fitted body kit, GT bonnet scoop and Fairlane turning lights already included in Dave's original - well worth a look if you're looking for inspiration.
The externally mounted gauges came next complimented by the deep blue paint with a touch of violet for good measure. John decided to delete the factory spoiler "because they all look better with out them" asking "...Am I the only one that thinks this?" Finally he tinted the windows for that real 'metal finish' result really bringing out the best in this wickedly done modification route. John finishes off with the comment "damn I'd luv this car!!!" and we'd kinda have to agree!
