while in the pits at Sandown Raceway, this XR8 is about as far away from
the factory product as you can get. With a mid mounted fuel injected
V8, the whole front end lifts off as one piece. I believe the rules
state that the car must retain it's original floorpan and roof but that's
just about where it stops! Still, those huge flares look simply
awesome as does that F1 style rear spoiler. Might be a little over
the top on a road car but - although the wheels definitely have promise!
