This AU Fairmont Ghia (168kw VCT 6 cyl & independant rear suspension) cutaway built for the 1998 release of the AU Falcon has fortunately been preserved and now resides at the Ford Discovery centre in Geelong.  This thing will keep you busy for at least half an hour, checking out all the intricate details of the AU from the inside out!  Allow at least half a day to see everything the centre has to offer for the serious Ford fan.  Entry’s cheap too – only $6 last time I checked with a small discount for club’s who pre-book.  Phone (03) 5227 8700 for more details...they are open 10am to 6pm all except for Tuesdays when they are closed.  Definitely worth a look!
